Project 4 PSA Concepts

 In my painting class, I am making a body of work dealing with death & identity, specifically with unidentified John & Jane Does. To go with this theme, I want to make my PSA on a website/service called NamUs, which is a national database of missing, unidentified, and unclaimed persons. This helps families search for missing loved ones and helps solve cases through genetic genealogy.

For my chosen tutorial, I think I might go with this, as I feel I can make it work with the already existing Namus branding, though I might change it or add another effect if I can think of a better idea.

    I think this is a super unique topic, and I love to see people using material and research from other classes. I personally have never heard of this database, so I know a PSA about it would help spread the word. I like the tutorial you chose and I can't wait to see it come together.

    This idea is really unique, I think you can get really creative with the text and transitions based off of what I see in your storyboard

    This website is new to me, but it makes for an interesting PSA. Your effect makes me think of the very vague circumstances behind most disappearances.

 I am planning to remake a project I did last year for digital imaging (Back when it was still called digital imaging lol) Im going to be using the same "animation" technique as last year where I just use still PNGs though I might play around with the puppet feature built into after effects. Kinetic Type Work In Progress

 Sorry that this is up so late! I am having trouble with the last half of my audio getting cut off, but I thought I would post this sooner rather than later. I am working on fixing my audio behind the scenes!  Next (After I fix my audio problems), I want to play with the animations after effects offers as well as moving my type placement around a bit, since I stuck with left to right a lot. I am thinkin about adding some music in the background but I am still unsure. Lemme know what you think!  (Audio is from Twin Peaks)
